JOB TITLE
Office Administrator/Receptionist
REPORTS TO
Corporate Manager
The purpose of this position is to manage all BAPKO offices, serve as receptionist and provide support to various departments as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to the following:

  • Greet vendors, customers and other visitors at reception area
  • Manage company phones by screening and transferring call to appropriate contact
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Perform general clerical duties to include copying, mailing and filing
  • Maintain conference room calendars and schedule
  • Mange promotional product ordering and employee events
  • Operate and update BAPKO’s website
  • Manage the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  • Meeting minutes as required
  • Oversee the cleanliness of all BAPKO offices including but not limited to maintenance as impacted
  • Manage kitchen and office supplies for all BAPKO offices with coffee and paper supplies
  • Handle incoming mail, packages and deliveries
  • Maintain a positive attitude and the ability to work with others
  • Self-Motivated and detail oriented
  • Safe working habits
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of related work experience
  • Workspace organization
  • Effective and clear verbal and written communications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Ability to carry out tasks and bring project and assignments to closure
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
