Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center

As a $1.3B mega resort in Chula Vista, California, the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center is the largest built hotel on the West Coast. The resort consists of nearly 500,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor spaces, 1,600 hotel rooms, 12 restaurants, and a 4.25-acre water park.  As the preferred miscellaneous fabricator and erector, BAPKO Metal fabricated and installed over $11.2M in miscellaneous, architectural, and structural steel across both super structures.  The range of scope included metal stairs and structural steel for retail buildings, exterior canopies, restaurant and bar spaces, and outdoor pool facilities.  BAPKO Metal successfully managed and delivered on-time and with a perfect safety record of no lost time.
